Yes, The printer is configured through Chrome. Go to a a windows laptop, open the Chrome web browser, login as the same user under Chrome and under settings configure your printers. For example if you have a HP printer, just configure the HP printer to first work under Windows 10, then in the Chrome Cloud Printer section Add your Printers. Now any device running Chrome will be able to print including the Chromebook. Just make sure you use the same account.
