Refursbished means it is used? null

Refurbished means that people have worked on the computer to bring it back to new specs. They may have replaced parts, or done repairs. It might have been used, or it might have been a floor model. There is really no way to know.

There could be a number of reasons it was recertified-some are demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified.
