A: Refurbished means that people have worked on the computer to bring it back to new specs. They may have replaced parts, or done repairs. It might have been used, or it might have been a floor model. There is really no way to know.
Q: Is the 4K screen monitor an IPS? and is it edge to edge glass?
A: The information we have on the display is: 17.3-inch TFT LCD with IPS (In-Plane Switching) Technology, 4K or Full HD. The display is not edge to edge, as it has bezel around the LCD edges.
