There could be a number of reasons it was recertified-some are demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. These products have a 90-day warranty with PlanetROI and documentation is included in the box with the product. To get a full manufacturer's warranty you would need to purchase the system new.
