I have owned this for two months now and I am very pleased with my purchase. Games run smooth with no problems. Bought Hellblade and was blown away by the experience with the lights out 3D headphones. WoW on highest settings. Meets my needs and not wishing for more.

Bought this is 2018, and was happy with it's performance. In late 2019 the touchpad had a failure, and now been told it is cheaper to return my purchase price than to repair that part. If I hadn't gotten the full service plan (insurance) I'd be out of luck. Now I can go buy another.

Nothing could beat this beast. Unfortunately it was stolen from me im saving to buy it again (sad face) I have looked everywhere for a laptop like this but nothing could beat it. It has everything you need to play games or do graphics

The machine is junk. Pink tracker lines on screen during start up. Mics stopped working after first update. Started freezing opening my mail box within a week. Speakers are junk and would go in and out.

Product did not last 9 months!!
Motherboard went bad, and even Acer could not find the part!! The 'like new' rating it had on Bestbuy.com was a joke! Geek Squad could not help, it was so bad.

fast, reliable for multitasking, 16 GB allows vm

I need speed and I run a VM on my computer... I need an extra 8 GB and having 16 GB of RAM allows for this. In addition, a solid state drive offers speed. Well Done.
