Questionwhat is the system memory RAM speed ? hdd rpm ? brands ? ssd type ? can be upgrade ? display hz ? as u can see i have so many questions in my head :) if u can give more specs in descriptions about your products i ll be gratefull..thx

- Answer The speed of the memory, hard drive and brands are not listed. The SSD is a SATA drive and the display refresh rate is 60Hz. The storage as well as memory can be upgraded.

- Answer This particular model includes the optional 3rd fan (FrostCore) that can be swapped out with the optical drive.

- Answer There could be a number of reasons it was recertified-some are demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. These products have a 90-day warranty with PlanetROI and documentation is included in the box with the product. To get a full manufacturer's warranty you would need to purchase the system new.

QuestionCan the GPU be upgraded? Also, has anyone upgraded the RAM to 64GB? I know how to upgrade that, but I've read the other slots are located on the hidden side of the motherboard so, does that need to be removed? Thanks

- Answer This model ships with two 8GB memory sticks in the two slots that are not user accessible. There are two empty slots accessible from the bottom of the laptop, that support 16GB each. The internal components such as GPU and CPU are not upgradeable on the laptop products.

QuestionThis refurbished acer predator laptop allows the Best Buy 1, 2, or 3 year warranty to be added to the shopping cart. Will the warranty be honored since the unit is refurbished and only comes with a 60 day warranty?
