Q: QuestionWhat are the RAM specifications?Product says 4GB DDR3L 1600MHz, and a service rep told me it was a single stick (so I can expand) What is the CAS latency? (9, 10, or 11?) What is the brand? (Kingston, Crucial, OEM?)

• A:Answer This product has 2 memory slots and is upgradeable to 16 GB of memory using two 8 GB memory modules. The specs I show are MEM 4GB DDR3L 1600 SO-DIMM. I do not have latency information on the memory. We have tested Kingston, Hynix, and Samsung memory in this system, but other brands should work.

Q: Questioncould this laptop handle playing world of warcraft

• A:Answer Easily, depending on what your settings are at. If you set the UI to lows, it can produce some pretty nice frame rates, but I caution on a few of the features, as the built-in Intel 520 graphics can only handle so much texture mapping and polygon rendering. If you want more than 10 fps, I suggest running it at low to start off with and SLOWLY creeping up the settings. No sense entering a raid with 4fps due to everyone's spell and armor effects. Source: Intel product expert and former world-first Raider (on laptop)

• A:Answer There is no indicator LED light that comes on, but when you press the Caps Lock key an icon will pop up on the screen for a moment showing either a lock or an unlock icon. Same for the Numlock key as well.
