Easily, depending on what your settings are at. If you set the UI to lows, it can produce some pretty nice frame rates, but I caution on a few of the features, as the built-in Intel 520 graphics can only handle so much texture mapping and polygon rendering. If you want more than 10 fps, I suggest running it at low to start off with and SLOWLY creeping up the settings. No sense entering a raid with 4fps due to everyone's spell and armor effects.
