Please try again later.Its the ram not the storage. on that note, everyone needs to know that 12gb is not a good ram setup, ie. it has 2 ram slots hence it runs best as dual channel (2 sticks of "identical" ram" you need to have matching sets ie. 2gb+2gb=4g in dual channel. if you are using a 8gb+4gb as per this device (comes stock 8gb at acer) then you are running in single channel. single is much slower than dual channel. Keep your eyes peeled and if you don't know just ask.
