If you've forgotten both your PIN and password on your Windows laptop, you can try to reset your password from the Windows sign-in screen by using the "I forgot my PIN" or "Reset password" options, or by using a password reset disk if you created one. If those options don't work, you might need to reset your PC, which will erase all data and local passwords, or contact Acer Support at 866-695-2237.
