Can I hook my tv up to this device? null

Not sure that I understand what you are wanting to accomplish. That said this monitor has no outputs to connect to a tv.

This monitor has VGA and DVI connections. The TV would have to have video and audio out ports in order to display what's on the TV to the monitor.
