Q: Can I hook my tv up to this device?
A: Not sure that I understand what you are wanting to accomplish. That said this monitor has no outputs to connect to a tv.
Q: does this have a coax cable input? I cant tell from the specifications or the pictures.
A: No tuner included with this monitor. The only input connections available are vga and dvi
