Yes. Actually it comes with a Skype App already built in. Its a great tablet.....highly recommend it. It is only $30.00 dollars more than the comparable 'Insignia" tablet that seems to have the same processor and specs.....but I returned the "Insignia" and found that this Acer is a far better product....runs faster and without any App compatibility problems.

Yes, it has both front and back camera.

Samsung Kids tablet has no front facing camera only a rear camera for capturing pictures and videos.
