• This monitor have a VGI connection. Most old computers have VGA connection. You should be able to hook up this monitor with that cable. However you can get a HDMI to VGA adapter to use HDMI port on the monitor

• If your computer doesn't have an HDMI port and you're wanting to utilize the HDMI input on the monitor, you'd need an adapter from whatever your computer output is to HDMI. BUT, this monitor also has VGA & DVI inputs.

• The monitor includes a VGA connector and cable so you can use that if you have an older computer. Otherwise you will need to buy a new graphics card that has an HDMI output on it plus an HDMI cable to use that connector on the monitor.
