• no. if you are talking about the bottom of the stand. it is only 8 inches, doesn't take much space up on my desk. any other monitors i have had are around 8 and 1/2 inches.

• For the price, it is good. Bezel doesn't matter to me but it hardly matters when you are not a high end graphics gamer or programmer.
