- Answer You can connect your PS5 to any Acer monitor with an HDMI input port, however, some Acer monitors are optimized with HDMI 2.1 ports to allow you to achieve higher refresh rates (120Hz) for smoother game play. Both your monitor and HDMI cable will need to support HDMI 2.1 to provide a reliable 120Hz refresh rate. This Nitro monitor has HDMI 1.4, which will work with the console but may not offer a smoother graphics experience as with HDMI 2.0.

- Answer Xbox series x can only do 120 hz. It can put out 120 Hz with hdmi 2.0. No need for display port

- Answer No, this is by design. The pivot/portrait mode is only for contents on the screen, not for the OSD menu.
