“I can not find the right memory to add computer ,I want to add 2 of 16 GB memory but can not find it.I went to Best Buy with out computer but had the paper work and they gave me the wrong memory which is way to larger to even fit in the slots..”

This laptop supports either DDR4 2666 SO-DIMM, or DDR4 2400 SO-DIMM, 260-pin memory. You can also remove the memory stick from the laptop and take it with you so they can match it up properly for you. Brands tested were, but not limited to Hynix and Kingston.
