“Can somebody please tell me how to upgrade my memory and stuff to help the laptop run better? I’m not computer savvy and I’m relying on my 45 year old mom and 72 year old grandmother to help me. I could really use some advice. Thank you!!”

Memory is upgradeable to 32GB using two memory slots. We suggest you check out the available videos on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=installing+memory+on+AN515-42. Please try again later.You need to take all the screws out on the bottom of computer a few hidden ones too and then carefully separate the computer with a plastic guitar pick (Heavy Gauge) Since u have no experience with this I would say take it to the geek squad and pay a pro It’s very easy to break something when your opening a laptop.
