Yes and no. It can handle photoshop just fine (thanks to the 8 threads), but the 15" screen is a bit small IMHO. I use photoshop on my main rig which sports a 32" monitor in 4K and there's no way around it: 1080p on a 15" screen just doesn't cut it for photoshop.
