• When I first tried Fortnite, the game auto-adjusted to the Low graphics settings - that was because the AMD Nitro 5 does require you enable the RX 560 GPU. When you do this and go back into Fortnite - the game will auto-detect/adjust to High settings. I got consistent 60fps on Fortnite with the GPU enabled and on High settings.

• The max refresh rate supported on the Nitro 5 laptop is 60Hz.
