A:Answer As a personal user of this laptop, it runs Minecraft and other apps at the same time with minimal lag depending on the apps you're running. I personally dont livestream, although, I would imagine the laptop smoothly streaming your gameplay in the background as you've asked. I also use this laptop for studies and other things I tend to do other than gaming and it works perfectly doing both.
