“The sata m.2 what drives are capable with it and or can I run two m.2 ssd's At the same time. I know one is pcie and other is sata my Samsung works great but don't know that the sata works or not in bios it did not show, on old plextor m.2”

The M.2 slots support PCIe and SATA3. While we cannot guarantee all M.2 SSD's will work, most that are available today should work fine.
