Absolutely. There is an empty internal Bay for either a mechanical, or solid state, SATA Drive. I purchased the Samsung 860 EVO 1tb internal solid-state drive from Best Buy for $149.99. The 256 gb solid-state drive that it comes with is a PCI Express. There is also an additional empty slot for Ram. For about $65 you can buy an additional 8GB stick and upgrade to 16 gigabytes of RAM.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the primary drive is an m.2 drive, as far as the secondary bay.. It's a 2.5 inch 'laptop' drive bay with a sata connector.. Any HD or SSD fitting those characteristics should be fine.
