“Bought this laptop cause of the 1 TB hard drive, however when I started it up & checked the storage space, it only showed 119 GB of storage. Checked order, model, & SKU # & everything matches. So am I missing something or was I given the wrong laptop?”

This Nitro 5 ships with a 256GB SSD, and a 1TB SATA hdd. You were likely looking at the remaining 119GB space from the SSD which has the operating system on it. If you feel there is a problem with your Nitro laptop please feel free to contact support at 866-695-2237.
