“ED340CU vs XZ342CU What is the difference between these models? I can't figure it out the specs seem almost exactly the same aside from one display port extra. What else is different? Same price currently.”

The XZ342CU is actually VESA certified for HDR400, which you can check on VESA's site. The ED340CU does not have an HDR certification despite having HDR listed as a feature. I can personally attest that the ED340CU's HDR does not work as intended.
