We have this same monitor - Acer - Nitro Gaming 31.5" Curved WQHD 180Hz 1ms FreeSync Premium Gaming Monitor (DisplayPort, HDMI x2) - Black Model: EDB323QU This is how you adjust the volume settings on the Acer EDB323QU monitor: The volume is adjusted using a control button located on the back of the monitor in the bottom right corner. There are youtube videos out there if this is difficult to understand with what I am typing - just put "Acer Nitro monitor volume" in the search and it will come up with video. How to adjust the volume: Access the Menu: Press the button on the back-right side to open the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Navigate to Audio: Use the joystick to navigate to the "Audio" section (often indicated by a speaker icon). Change Volume: Move the joystick left or down to decrease the volume, or right/up to increase it. Hope this helps!

Please try again later. To lower the volume on your Acer monitor use the control joystick (usually a small joystick on the monitor's bottom or back) to open the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu, navigate to the Audio settings (look for a speaker icon), and then move the joystick left or down to decrease the volume, or use the dedicated volume buttons if available. If you need further help with this please contact Acer support at 866-695-2237.
