• Yes, this is a windows 10 computer. Not a high powered laptop, but it is a fully functional windows computer. The nice thing it can be used the same as you use a tablet, but it will run the same programs any other computer does.

• It is a tablet but as long as you don't plan on doing any thing to intense with it it works as good as most laptops face book games watching movies and the such are no problem you just don't have a CD drive

• yes it is a real Win10 computer that can do almost everything a Win10 laptop can do just not as fast
