You will have to swipe the right side of the screen going inwards from there u will get a window come up and at the bottom you will see little boxes and you can tap tablet. If it's hilighted then tablet mode is on if it's not hilighted then computer mode is,on. You will also want to make sure the pegs on the keyboard are set in the tablet right

The tablet has to be connected to the keyboard dock for it to work, if it is not you can visit our Acer Community website (http://community.acer.com/t5/Windows-Tablets-and-Convertibles/bd-p/tablets-win) to see if someone has a similar model that has a solution to this issue.
