Internet is like phone service its not always the devices fault. I had no issues connecting to the internet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had an issue connecting too WiFi. The one issue is a driver issue with Windows 10 where WiFi can become inaccessible. At that point you have to reinstall the driver.

The second I have had to send back to Acer twice for repair. There is definitely a problem with the wi-fi adapter going missing. Buy at your own risk. I wish I had gotten my money back when the first one went bad.
