• My old stylus works fine on the Acer One 10 and I found the 3rd party cd drive worked flawlessly.

• You would need to use a capacitive stylus (not active). I would check the Windows Store before installing software, it may be there already.

• No, a stylus is not available with the tablet and it will not install external software from a cd/dvd drive.
