I was confused by that message as well. I ended up going into settings (where, at that point, there was no 'wifi' option), clicked VPN, clicked something or other (there's only so many options in there), and discovered that I had mistakenly (while clicking on my wifi stuff) disabled my wifi. I enabled it and never had a problem again. When the wifi drops or doesn't connect and you start to mess with the notification icon in the taskbar, it is very easy to disable the wifi. You just have to find it in VPN settings and re-enable it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Windows 10 driver issue. Resolved by reinstalling driver from Acer. The unit is not a piece of junk, Windows 10 drivers are the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Seems like bad luck for you, honestly till now I have not been into this mess as of now. For me its working just great. May be you should escalate this for acer support team and get it replaced with a new one. I have one of my friend who got a replacement which working for him in a great way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I stupidly decided not to return it a third time and have nothing but trouble with it for months. Disabling/renabling the driver worked for a while, but then I had to send it back to Acer to have the OS reinstalled. That worked for about a month and a half, but now I'm sending it back to Acer for a second repair. I asked them to send me a new one, but they've refused. The tech guy also lied about this being a problem. The tech guy who helped me before I sent it back the first time admitted that they are having issues with the network card going missing. Be cautious buying this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are also on our second one. Best buy sent it out to Geek squad. I just wanted to return it but Near Buy won't do ir. I bought the warranty the second time but didn't imagine I would be returning it 5 weeks after purchasing it. Ridiculous that they won't let me return this piece of jjunk.
