• Only if you buy a separate peripheral DVD player that would plug into the USB port. The unit doesn't have a self-contained internal DVD player.

• If you have an external bluray drive you should be able to watch the movie, however, the screen is not 1080 so there will be some reduction in image quality.

• Yes! If you have an external Blu-ray drive. No, out of of the box. Just be aware that you need the keyboard dock to use an external device.
