By default you can't, but you could use Remix OS on a USB 3.0 in order to boot Android on it, then install one apk from xda-developers forums that installs the playstore on the OS, after that just login with your account and start using the apps; Since it is still in alpha version don't expect too much of it.

You can ACCESS the play store via your browser and remote install to your phone but it doesnt have the google play store. It has the Windows store. A lot of the games and apps on the play store has ported over to windows though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google Play is Google and Android exclusive. This is a Windows computer. You get the WIndows app store. You can still obviously use Chrome and access and sync with your Drive, but no Google Play.
