I am sorry to hear that you are having problems. Mine has been sent in 5 times and has yet to make it a month without a week at the repair depot.

I feel for ya. same issues and repeatedly repaired since 12/2015 to 6/2016. they decided after my 4th visit to give me cred for alternative. my suggestion is get the G-Squad insurance. its well worth it.
