You might want to call Acer Technical Support at (866)695-2237 and have your SIN # ready to type into the phone, that is the only way they will know what is in your computer, i am picking mine up Friday and i called them and they would not give me any information on this computer unless i had my SIN# but i have to drive 120 mile round trip to pick up my computer and wanted the information before i was there so i could check/compare online about another SSD Drive to put into to the computer, but i guess i will have to wait and see when i get there, i like to look up my stuff and compare it online before i walk into a store and deal with a Sales Rep..
