• Hello it does not support Microsoft Office. You can use Google Docs which works very well.

• No you can download office. Chrombook is all app based also you can NOT download the word app or pay app or any app it seems because they are all unsorrported. Side note it saves everything to the cloud which means if you down load a fake word app you have to have Wi-Fi for it to save

• You cannot download and install software onto a Chromebook. Chromebooks run the Chrome operating system and unlike Windows operating systems this does not does not support Microsoft applications.
