• I would choose a more powerful Windows laptop. The software choices for Chromebooks are much more limited, and the graphics power is adequate, but not much more. Chromebooks are more suited for web-based usage.

• There some drawing apps on the Google playstore and i believe there is one in the Chrome store. If you want a Chomebook that comes with it's own pen and built-in drawing capabilties then check out the Samsung Plus and the Samsung Pro. They very nice Chomebook with excellent screens, drawing capilities, and access to the Google Play store. Otherwise look to Windows or Apple products.
