Mine did not. You need your own adapter. However, it did come with a usb-c to regular usb cable, which plugs into any old usb phone power adapter you have lying around.

However, if you have a usb-c output from your source (e.g. a laptop) you don't need power. And if not you can still use any old phone adapter to use the usb-A to usb-C cable that comes with it.
