It does come with a stand. It has to as it is too thin to have any mounting points for a wall or arm mount. The box includes the monitor, power supply, stand, HDMI, VGA, and DVI cables.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't understand how you could have read this monitor doesn't come with a stand, since in all its pictures it clearly shows a stand! It definitely comes with one, that also allows some tilting up and down. Also the stand is only 7.5" deep. As to if you can mount it to a wall, it does not come with mounting holes in the back, but I am sure you could rig something up to hold it close to the wall without attaching the stand.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does come with a stand that clips into the rear base of the monitor. Then there is a screw that tightens/locks it. The stand is a v shaped sturdy base.
