- Answer No scuffs/blemishes/scratches. Came with power cord and pen. No instructions/manual. Not in original box.

- Answer Battery life is always bench marked at an idle state. This will depend on how the system is being used, ie: light internet browsing or word processing versus gaming or audio or video streaming.
