• Yes! The Acer - 23" IPS LED HD Touch-Screen Monitor can be attached to just about any 100mm VESA mount.

• Yes... There are mounting holes on the back of the monitor. As to what mount and what screws fit I cannot say. The biggest difference is the TV mounts are larger and this takes a smaller Monitor mount.
