“I noticed this monitor doesn't have headphone jack input. I don't see anywhere in the description that wireless headphones or speakers can be tied to this. Can anyone tell me if it's possible or not”

This monitor does not have a wireless receiver or Bluetooth capability, but you likely can connect a Bluetooth headset or external speakers to the PC or laptop connected to the monitor.
