what kind of gpu you using? in the nvidia control panel you can change it. found this to be the easiest way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try using different connections to your computer, and make sure that you're plugging it into your GPU rather than your motherboard. If your motherboard does not have onboard graphics, it will not detect the monitor. I'm assuming that you have a PCIe graphics card on your mobo. When I got the monitor I needed to adjust the refresh rate up to the appropriate hz through the Nvidia Control Panel. If you are running an AMD gpu, use the graphics cards software to adjust your refresh rate. Hope that helps.
