What Hz does this monitor run at? null

This monitor is at 144Hz refresh rate.

Depending on the cable you are using, it can be 60Hz for a DVI and 120 for HDMI then for the best quality use a display port cable and it can do up to 144HZ

It can run at 144Hz, 120Hz, 100Hz, or 60Hz. You would find that in your graphics cards control panel settings. You must use the diplayport in order to utilize the higher refresh rate and resolution though.

Max resolution is 2560x1440 @144Hz using DisplayPort and Freesync.
