• It should work. The transmitter and receiver are independent of the signal feed except for the out to in to the unit. Have three of these units in my home and they work great!

• Not sure what you are asking, it will transmit the HDMI signal only will not transmit antenna signals

• With the antenna you would have to connect an antenna to each tv.
