“Can I run multiple wireless transmitters to the same tv or through out the house for that matter without interference with each other. For instance can I run my Xbox, dish box, and pc all wirelessly to one tv with three different transmitters.”

Yes you can so far I have not had any issues. I run a direct TV and a Xbox with no problem I also cast from my PC sometimes to a TV without any signs of interference. Hope this helps.
