“Says it does streaming and reviews says it will do Netflix.But could only get sound from streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV. Support was useless and of no help. Anyone else have this problem?”

• you have to download the apps from Amazons app store that says firestick compatible for youtube just use a web browser app if you don't want to use a browser then sideload your apps from a android phone using a app called apps2fire tv

• I had the same issue and i held down reset . then repaired device and it was fine
