• It does but the Ps5’s ssd lid won’t fit. If u r worried about the lid, get the blade version of this ssd

• It will work in the PS5 but the ssd cover cannot be put back on.

• I have it in my ps5 and I had to change just the top part of the heatsink for it to close.

• Hello Ollygb, Thank you for the interest in our XPG Products. The XPG GAMMIX S70 M.2 drive will physically connect to the PS5's Internal Expansion slot, however the heatsink on the S70 will prevent the PS5 from physically closing. We would recommend against using this as the internal expansion for the PS5. Regards, ADATA Team
