I believe the only port that connects directly to the GPU is the HDMI 2.1 port and it does support G-Sync. The thunder bolt port does support display port out, but it goes thru the igpu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Keso, If you use an eGPU setup, as long as the DisplayPort on the eGPU set up is DisplayPort 1.2 or above, it should be g-sync compatible. Typically you would run a Thunderbolt 3 connection from the eGPU to the laptop, and then a DisplayPort cable connection from the eGPU to the G-Sync monitor. Regards, ADATA Team
