Generally, there is a small fee to haul-away your old unit (this can vary based on location and the laws that are in place in your state). I purchased a TV stand Nov 12 2022 it was delivered Nov 16 then I opened the box to assemble it it was all damaged it's way to heavy for me to return it can someone come get it
